I have been working out with a friend of mine, and watching what I eat... Yet I am still not loosing any weight... I asked my husband earlier if I should go back to taking exlax and not eating and he never said anything he just shrugged his shoulders.... Am I missing something here???

Yes! Ex lax is NOT the way to go! Smaller portions, more fruits and vegetables. No soda or beer. Mineral water instead, just as bubbly as beer. Try to get in 45 minutes to an hour of workouts EVERY DAY, even if it's just walking a few kilometers. It takes time, but most good things do for that matter. 😀

I go to the gym with my friend everyday and normally put in 1 1/2 hours... And then even after that I am chasing after kids so I am mostly on the move.
