Only For My Own Sanity.

The only reason I'm trying to lose weight is so my back and feet won't hurt as much. I'm so sick of the pain I'm in sometimes so I've finally given in.

I started two days ago, I think I've lost a pound? XD

I'm doing a bunch of cardio and cutting my calories down, 5 meals a day, blah blah blah, all that crap you hear everyone say to do. It's turning out to be a lot more difficult than I thought, a few hours ago I became insanely hungry x_x so I ate probably more than I should have, but oh well.

So I'm at about 213 now, and my first goal is 210. :D I want to eventually get out of the 200's and down to maybe 185. If I can stay motivated that long.

I don't want to lose too much weight or gain a bunch of muscle, I only want to get a little more comfortable. (:
