So Far It's Going Great
Okay, so I'm 5'5'' and 132 lbs.
I started trying to lose weight again about a month ago (I gained 6lbs over the summer with my grandma) and so far I've been successful.
I've limited my caffeine and sugar intake, started to eat breakfast and focused on doing at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days week. I lost 8lbs so far, but I want another 6lbs.
