Put On 25 Lbs Over Summer !

I cannot believe I put on 25 pounds while I was sick over the Summer...I was in bed and I had been given a medication that does make people put on weight.

Since I have a permanent back injury I have to lose weight so my back feels better..My bad back feels worse right  now.

I have a 30 day pass for 24 hr fitness...I think I;ll do yoga and waterobics, enjoy the sauna.. we'll see.

Did you ever give the stillmans diet a chance? Did it help

I'm currently trying to lose weight. I also gained weight over the summer from stress eating. I googled and found the Stillman diet. It's a low carb diet. I've researched and reviewed all about it. You should too. Apparently you could lose up to 15 pounds the first week. I've tried it for a day and lost 3 pounds. But I got bored with it. Had to force myself to eat. Then stopped. But I'm going on it again. This time I won't give up. The only downfall, to me, is that you have to constantly go to the bathroom because of the amount of water you're supposed to drink. But it's totally worth it.
