I Began Working Out, Finally.

I began working out at the gym yesterday, and boy, was it something! Stretched my muscles and made me feel, among other things, pain in my muscles, haha. But I will get used to it. I want to feel better, I want to bulk up. It's really difficult doing those lying fly's though. I almost broke my nose because the weight became overwhelming all of a sudden! Well, I guess I will learn this way. But I won't stop till I have reached my goal. Thanks for reading this, dear EP pals!

I feel pain in my FAT when I work out... ugh.

Good for you, though. Hope you're still at it.

I gave up on the lifting a couple months ago and started playing pickleball with old people who shame me.

But I'm gonna get back in the weight room soon. I took up a kettlebell class a couple months ago and it KILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After the first class, I couldn't walk for 4 days.

That's great! Keep up the good work :)

Start with what you can handle and bulk up slowly. If you hurt yourself you'll have to sit out and heal, which will basically lead to starting over again.

Congratulations. I am sure your efforts will be successful. It is good to feel good about oneself.

Hang in there. it is painful at first but well worth it.. Make it part of your life. your body will thank you..and when you see the results, it is time well spent.
