Success Thru Ivf....

I am a 35 year old woman who has had a miscarriage in my early 20's. I married my husband a year ago, he is 60 and has 3 beautiful girls from his 1st marriage. We tried to conceive naturally as soon as we married and had no luck. We went straight to the best Dr in America to seek answers to all our questions. We found out both my fallopian tubes were blocked. I had laparoscopy/hysteroscopy surgery done last week in hopes of clearing my tubes but they were not in good enough shape to save so the Dr removed them. I have since undergone more tests and they say that my eggs are really healthy and so are the rest of my reproductive organs. My husbands ***** are pretty good considering his age and health factors. So our next step is IVF. I am having IVF in Augest and would really like to hear your experience going thru IVF. I would like to share my experience, strength, and hope with other women undergoing the same things as I. Please let me know what its been like for you. Have you been successful and how many times did you have to do IVF before you got pregnant. Also, once they do IVF how soon do you know if it "takes"?
