I love the way I eat, and I love why I chose to eat the way I do. I love the control it gives me over my food intake, but the gas is killing me! And I can't seem to build muscle the way I used to. I know I need more vitamin E, but my protein intake is great. Beans, soy, whole grains, nuts... I'm still holding on to some fat, and my arms look like twigs. Any help out there? I train 3 days a week with weights.
