    I don't have the gas problems you may want to try Gas x if you don't like any of those foods. With flax seeds what I did I got spectrum with berries and I sprinkle them in my oatmeal or applesauce. It's pretty good.

    Flax is an excellent source of e vitamins, as are avocado and wheat germ. Flax is great for baking, and I like sprinkling wheat germ over snacks (or just about anything).



    As for the gas, try eating more fermented legumes and make sure your soaking legumes thoroughly before cooking them. Sprouted lentils are delicious. I really like tempeh, miso, and natto, but they're all much more helpful if they're still alive so read labels and look for live cultures. Natto bacillus is a hearty bacterium that can survive in your gut and is great at breaking down complex plant proteins; natto is definitely an acquired taste, but I love it now.
