Actually I'm Walking For Health In General.

About this time last year I was in the hospital with congestive heart failure, and then for triple bypass. Guess I should have gotten on the fitness train a long time ago. When I got out of the hospital, it was hard to walk as far as the front door, but I kept at it, and gained a little bit every day. I am now at the point that my average daily walk is 4 to 5 miles (my cardioligist he heartily approves). And I think in the last 6 months I have missed 2 days (because of rain). I can't stop now. I have a little dog who won't let me get away with not walking (besides, she makes it fun--if you don't have a dog, get one and walk it--you will have to stay on your schedule!)
