6 Mini Meals A DayI have read that many people who do Corset training have this rule of only having, 6 mini meals a day. Reason being that when you wear a corset, it makes your stomach smaller.
I'd like to incorporate this into my diet but, I have no idea where to begin. Do I have cereal as usual then, two hours later have some fruit and so fourth and so fourth.
Also I'd like to hear if anybody else has tried this.
