IT HAS BEEN 10 YEARS SINCE MY HUSBAND DIED SUDDENLY  OUR  CHILDREN ARE GROWN AND MOVED AWAY  I GO TO WORK COME HOME AND SHUT OUT EVERYTHING I NEED TO GET ON WIITH LIFE BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO START

    I'm walking the same road as you and it hard, heart breaking and my world is blank. True just dont know how to start when there's no one for you. Every hope and dream just crashes

    I lost my husband 16 months ago, and I too work and shut the world out when I come home., some days Im fine ansd let the sunshine in, but lately when its cold and Im cold Ill climb into bed and at the moment the computer is my best friend. yes I have children living apart from each other,but even some times with them I shut them out, It wrong I know but its all I can handle at times
