I used to wear a necklace but recently I've stopped.

I've heard they're supposed to heal faster, but that's mostly from legends.

That may be why, but if you go to your profile and look under your picture, there's a little button that says "Change Profile Picture", then you just upload a picture. If it doesn't show up on your iPod, you may not be on the "full site", in which case, there's a button, somewhere on the screen, maybe somewhere on the bottom, I can't remember, that says "use full site". Once clicked, the button to change your profile picture, if not already there, should appear.
