Sleeping It Away..

Sometimes, if the day feels too long, and i am not doing enough with my day...i'll just nap it away. You guys know how hard it is sometimes to get motivated to do something, so if all else fails, i just go lie down, and when i wake up, the day will be closer to being over.
I don't sleep well during the night as it is, so i'm constantly tired...but i can push through it when duty calls/work calls. I've been trying to ramp up my exercising, but it's not really working yet...
so i guess...after lunch, i shall go nap......*sigh*

Thank-you for sharing your story. I know that feeling. This is a story that I think a lot of people can relate to. I will gladly let the hours pass laying in bed and watching t.v., and don't mind if I fall asleep. I think a lot of my own depression has to do with feeling motivated enough to just get up, shave and brush my teeth, and to get out the door. If there isn't anything pressing, however, I would just as soon not. For me, I think not doing very much is pretty wearying, which makes me want to sleep more. And once the day is over I'm half-relieved I was able to rest, but a little sad as well that I didn't get much done. As far as exercise goes, that's something I keep trying to get myself to do, too, but I'm not really into it. Not like in my late teens and early twenties.

After seeing the Amanda Todd story it really made me wish that I could have helped her I did not know her but if I did I definitely would not have treated her that way just simply let her know I am here. I am just someone willing to listen to what you have to say because sometimes that is what we need. Of course I can not physically come and see you and be there with you but I will listen. Whether you are thinking of committing suicide or just frustrated with life, you may be bullied, and you feel like you have no one.
