First off I hope that the man you married is loving and not abusive. I'll assume he's not.
So let's talk about the mind and fear.
    Try this exercise ok.
Close your eyes for just a moment and think about your fear. You will see something, feel something. You know the feelings I'm talking about.
Before the feelings get to strong I want you to take a deep breathe, squeeze your left hand tightly, and think about the best time you have every had in your life. As you exhale relax your left hand and open your eyes.
You should feel a little more relaxed and in control.
Your stuck in a pattern that could get out of control. The exercise I tried to explain to you is to break the pattern. If practiced often you notice it becomes harder and harder to even imagine the feeling of panic.
Also check in with your diet, sugar fluctuations can have the same sensation as panic. I assume under your new found stress, your probably not eating right.
We need you to be clear headed so you can enjoy the change you wish to try. Eat well, stay hydrated and get some quality sleep.
sorry so long of a post.

well the good thing is you sought help. Give the meds a good couple of weeks to kick in....you should start to feel calmer..hopefully your husband can become a little more supportive..it's hard for people who have never felt like this to understand. Hopefully you have some sort of therapist to talk things out with too, i always found that helpful.
It DOES get better....i went from being almost agoraphobic, to giving presentations to many people...:)

If I may ask 2 questions?
1- When or what happened to trigger your first panic attack?
2- What is your diet like?

I met a guy who is now my husband, dated at a quick pace, moved in, gave up my house, sold all my belongings, total life change!
