I was at my friend's house for the week, and throughout the first 4-5 days, my anxiety was skyrocketing. Especially when we went to Six Flags, we were waiting in this super long line and after about thirty minutes we were surrounded by people, and that lasted another half an hour. I really wanted to get out of line because for more than half the time I was on the verge of having a panic attack, except I never did. And I would have rather just got it over with, rather than feeling like I was going to pass out for 45 minutes. That was the worst day. The next couple of days, my anxiety started to make me think that my friend found me super annoying. Which I know if she did, she would have told me, because "we are open with each other", lol. Anyways, after those days, it started to diminish. And I realized that for me, no matter how much I try to face things that up my anxiety levels, it's like the storm before the calm. Which kind of extra sucks, but I felt so much better after the high leveled days died down.

What do you do for your anxiety, does anything calm it down?

I usually just have to sit down when it's so high. There isn't really anything I do, except take a nap when I can't handle it. Then by the time I wake up, it's not as high. What sucks is that I can only do that when I'm not out and about.

I hope things get better for you soon. Taking A nap helps me too, but I loose out on a lot of things in life sleeping my life away. I was your age back in 1993 when my panic attacks and severe anxiety first started.

Yeah, I don't like to sleep my life away, but I can't help it when I'm so tired all the time. I'm sorry to hear that you've been dealing with it for so much longer than I have. It never really goes away, does it? Only lessens.

I know what you mean by being tired all the time. No it doesn't really go away. I wish some group would raise awareness and find something that would help us.

Since when have you had anxiety ?

A few years, but it was never as bad as it has gotten this past year.
