I have found Aromatherapy to be helpful in preventing the stress buildup required for an attack. Energizing and stress relieving scents like Bergamot (energizing) and Lavender (relaxation) help me tremendously.

Hypnotherapy has helped me so much that I went and got my clinical certification in hypnotherapy. Talk with a couple of your local practitioner's and see if it is something that could benefit you as well. I'm willing to bet money that you will find some aspect in your life that hypnotherapy can assist with.

"Talking" about my problems has never helped because I'm just not that kind of person. However, it does help others that I know who need to "talk"... I'm usually the one listening, I'll listen all day and put my two cents worth in... just don't expect me to "open up". Won't happen, I'm not wired that way.

Then finally, if you turn to herbology, all you have to do is research your condition and find the best combination of herbs/spices for that condition. Either in capsule form like I did, or loose leaf for teas/tinctures. I could do a research request if you like but I charge a small fee for my time away from the twins.

    Hope this helps!!!

What alternatives have you tried? Right I've been considering taking medication, however I'll only take it if things don't progress, lol. Thanks :)
