Depression

Hi there...I have been battling depression since I was 14 or probably before that who knows....and people who have never went thru this can not possibly understand what you are going thru..
 I don't like to rely on medcation rather  force myself out in the world...once I get out there I will stay out....otherwise my couch and me have a personal relationship.

   It doesn't take much to get me to cry...road kill will do it.....but I think if you are a strong willed person and have at least 1 person whom you can say anything without being judged...you are on the right path....talk it out...

..the deeper you bury them...the harder it is to bring to the surface and deal with it....No I do not see psychiatrist....as to me they are all by the book and frankly none of  us act the same in identical situations, so the books don't have all the answers...stay strong and focused.

Not all days are going to be good...and not all bad days stay that way...take it from someone who lives in hicago and treat it like our weather....wait a few minutes...and it will all change
