i face suicidal thoughts as well...i get over them by writting..or drawing..even singing.

Don't be embarrassed or ashamed to read out for therapy, it can help to put things in perspective and if nothing else offers a someone to disclose your thoughts and feelings with. I have OCD and have needed to see a therapist for a few years, without it I'd have much more difficulty confronting my anxieties

You arent alone feeling this way or even having those kinds of thoughts. The fact that you havent done yourself in means you are stronger than you think. Have faith in yourself you are stronger than you think.
