Midnight

Here is a poem I'd like to share. Hope it helps everyone who is battling depression. Drop me a line and let me know if poems help you cope.

Midnight

The stars are soft as flowers, and as near;
The hills are webs of shadow, slowly spun;
No separate leaf or single blade is here-
All blend to one.

No moonbeam cuts the air; a sapphire light
Rolls lazily. and slips again to rest.
There is no edged thing in all this night,
Save in my breast.

Thanks all. <br />
After a few days posting this online there was a movie about Dorothy Parker starting Jennifer Jason Leigh on the IFC channel. I was able to understand Parker a little bit better. I knew it was more than a coincidence. As if the universe drew me to it. =)

thats a lovely poem, really nice and calm xxx
