The problem with beautiful moments, is that are only momentary.
And then, I am left, so hollow, so empty.
Are the ups worth the downs? Can I justify the pleasure, when it leaves me so bereft?

In the end the ups and the downs are both worth it, sticking it through meaning you get inhale one more breath of fresh air and keep on living. Life's a unique, one-shot experience so try and appreciate the little things like just taking in a breath of air; you'll be well on your way to appreciating the bigger things.

It's because it's not the moment were ment to be trying to find happiness in, it's ourselves. And loving yourself 100%. I struggle with depression to and I no very well harder said then done. All the best xo

The sad not so good times are also just as fleeting. Often our personality focuses us on the not so wonderful events as part the evolutionary self protection mechanism. With practice and effort, finding and appreciating the good things, even small things, become a bigger part of our memory.

Best wishes on avoiding the depth of depression and finding those small good things around you.

Thanks xxx
