Need Encouragement

I feel like I am going deeper and deeper into a depression. I am not sure why. I feel like crying all the time and I do not feel like seeking help this time. I know I have to seek help if I want to be better but sometimes taking care of myself can be draining when I get this way. I really could use some encouragement right now.

Thanks everyone. I am feeling better. This does not feel good as you can realte. I am happy to know that I can get support here when I need it. Your help matters. :)

if there is no-one you can talk to in person, try finding an internet friend who you can tell your problems to.
Ive had my fair share of depression. i may be able to help if you want to talk. feel free.
if you can try and solve this problem yourself, then good. but if you can't, you may just have to find help somewhere else.

I battle it too. I'm on a downhill slide at the moment. I'm not in a position to offer any encouragement other than saying yr not alone and I hope that it passes soon. I know there is not much I can do when I am depressed, because I can't get motivated and everything seems pointless.

It is a battle that can be made easier by talking it through with someone you trust or a professional. It is draining and exhausting battling it every day.
Be kind to yourself

I understand how you feel and is very hard to get the energy or the will to get help specially at those times when you need it the most. I am sure that there is a lot of people who loves you and become sad when you feel like that. I also know that you will defeat it as I am sure you have done it before. Receive all my sympathy and with all due respect a big hug.

I'm right there with you. Just always know that you are not alone. I'm not sure if I have any good advice for you, but I have a for you and hope that tomorrow will be better for you than today.

I can fully understand this as I battle it too.
If you need an ear, let me know and,
God Bless You.
