    OhioScott, that's a beautiful advice.

I do. (now I'm just sitting here thinking about what to say next... the flashing courser mocks me)

Um, don't rush to get off your meds, if you're having trouble with them, then talk to your doctor, sometimes you have to try a few different meds before you find the right one.

Know that you have value in this world. There are people that you may have not even met yet, that need you and are counting on you to be there for them. I like to think (when I'm not totally depressed and in self-hate) that we all suffer in our own way in order to help others with their suffering. And if that's true, then you and I and many people reading this are being REALLY prepared to help A LOT of people :)

You're here and seeking help and that's awesome! Keep journaling and reach out to others, I find that trying to help others seems to help me get by. And if you're really hurting, write about it and date it, as you get better in time you can look back and realize the progress you've made (hopefully).

Take a look at the video at the bottom of my profile if you wish, it's kind of an honest look inside myself.

I wish you the best :)
