I someone times feel low, lower the lowest thing i can think of...and i know i shouldnt but i can't help it. I start to think awful thoughts about myself and i know i dont believe them or atleast that i shouldnt but again i can't help it.

Most of the time i just put on some music and it helps a little, when it dosent i just dont really feel like moving and or doing anything else.

But recently i started remembering that there are people who love and vare about me and that helps me alot. So remember the next time you feel down or mad or upset remember that there ARE always people who love and care bout you.

I can relate to this. It is good you can pick your spirits up again by thinking of others :)

Yes indeed. It took me a while but that is what I've learnt too :)
