Today Would've S*cked Without You and My Music.

I love music and it means so much in my life.  Several songs stand out in my mind as very important and get me through the worst days of my life. Today has to be one of the f*cking worst days I have ever faced, and my life as I knew it was shattered into a million little pieces this morning. I have shared this with some of you that contacted me early on today.  I was pretty down this morning, but like so many times in my life, I turned to my friends and you picked up those million little pieces for me and although we may not piece them back together to be the same picture I was before I have faith that we can put those pieces back together and the picture that we create will be more special than before.

The song I instinctively went to on my IPod was “Broken” by Lindsey Haun.  The words to this song have helped me through some of the most traumatic times of my life lately and did again today.

As time went by today Myonis directed me back to my previous post about the song “Drive” by Incubus and I started listening to this song.  I could’ve given up and just said **** this but that is just not my way, and I even started giggling because I owe my love of this song to a really big a$$hole but it means so much more to me after today.  It is how I plan on living every day of my life from this moment forward with a little help from my friends  I love you all and thank you for being there for me in my crisis.
