Sissie, I have met a lot of men who you would never think had a soft side and much to my surprise they did. Men fascinate me they are all amazing. Gigantic bikers who garden and share recipes, watch Little House on the Prairie etc. I think once people get past my quiet ,watchful side they know I am not going to look any differently at them , I love the tough guy but want the soft loving part too.I have had people try to mold me into what they want ...I would never want anyone to be someone other than who they are :)

My weight after kids was like a yo yo lol. I have been on both sides of the fence too, your worth is not governed by be a skinny woman nor larger although there are people who seem to think it is so. I watch my sis who has also had issues and is currently wanting a surgery that is dangerous for her , she believes no one can see her beauty because she is heavy ...I see a beautiful,loving woman who I can't imagine my life without. When I look at the people I love ,I don't see imperfection that is not why I love them I embrace the differences between us ...everyone and everything is beautiful even things we can't understand at the moment they occur .

I work too hard, don't know when to stop, lose my cool when things get tough, feel like giving up sometimes, and sometimes wish I could change parts of my body. Life is stinky sometimes, but it's my life. The life I created. It's my body, the one that I've crash-dieted in the past, the one that has people saying I look like my aunt, the one that carried my son. The one my husband finds attractive. So I like it. And I like my life. Good and bad.

I would love to believe it myself there seems to be many chamelions in this world and i prefer real people ,with real lives not lives that don't pretend are perfect ...Just haven't found many. Thanks guys

somehow i missed this story but i wholeheartedly agree red. i don't like a woman who is a size 2 give me a 18 anyday my wife was a 20 at one time and i still thought she was beautiful her best friend was very small not absolutely sure of her size but i would guess no more than a 4 (with fake boobs which looked ridiculous on her LOL) i danced with that woman at my wedding and i gotta say i was afraid i would hurt her it was like dancing with a stick (with large knots LOL)
