You are right. As a feminist I do know that personal autonomy and freedom of choice is imperative. Please do not misunderstand, for the most part I am not against consenting adults choosing to live their lives any way they like as long as it is healthy and safe.
What bothered me about this group title is it's inclusivity and judgement about women. I do find it highly offensive as a woman. I find it demeaning, degrading and misogynistic.
Those that belong to this group are entitled to their opinion, but so am I.

For the first time I looked at the photo on the group home page where it's larger. It's remarkable how different it looks there. In the larger version, the woman appears to have a contented look on her face, whereas in the smaller view she looks unhappy. In the larger view it looks like the man may be playing with her hair or fondling her ear.

Jane, I strongly disagree. I think women are more prone to be controlling. For example, many wives don't let their husbands have friends. It was my grief to find in my 30s that finding male friends was not as easy as it used to be. The reason was because of wives getting in the way of their husbands having men friends. I seldom hear about husbands keeping wives from having women friends. I don't know why husbands put up with this stuff that wives won't put up with.

Jane, you can call it "free speech" if you want. But EP is not the government. EP is a private entity. It has the right to make the rules. And one of its rules is you don't post in a group a story that is contrary to that group. Because of that, I reported this rule to knightrunner and urged him to tale his anti-feminist stories out of feminist groups. He did. You should remove this story from this group and repost it in a feminist group if you desire to repost it.
