    Dear Lushiro,

You survive and remain a fighter til this day. The world needs more fighters.

Atheists have the right to believe what they believe. God only exists when 'He' is being called into our hearts. The Prime Creator creates us and wants us to evolve at our own pace. At least that's what I believe in. I'm sure the omnipresent powerful energy that created us wants us to embrace the diversity on Earth and humanity. Every soul has their rights to learn what they are here to learn and adopt a role they are to play. And every one of us, as human beings, see the world/universe through different set of eyes. It's only natural that we have different 'truths'.

Sometimes holding onto something too strongly will backfire at you. You have much Love in your soul and heart. Please remember it.

    Blessings,

    Sol

I will until I see something Real from your god I will beleive he is a made-up story. Melt all the guns in the world everywhere in a single action. If he is a for giving God to help all!
But nothing will happen because he is not real just a story to scare the lambs who want it there way to scare all like the republicans who say nothing but hateful things to all of us. This world will be destroyed by mankind Not by a made up God.

I'm happy with my faith. Hope yours is working for you. Hope Jesus on his return doesn't berate you for saying "I am holy look at me." Don't shout at me in front of the temple (by sending me links) anymore. It's up to 4 times.

Splendidly. That's part of my job and my role in this spiritual warfare. Need to use anything and everything I can. Jesus would recommend my tactics for trying to warn the public before its too late. The Anti-Christ is upon us very very soon.

Good read when your stoned. It's generally held that revelation is written as a history of the times. 666 combined with hebrew is Nero Caesar. However as an actual statement (and not pointless sniping) the best way to predict the future is to look at the past. Revelation is happening right now/again.

I think that humans are gifted with rationality so we don't have to be blinded by our fear, anticipation or any overwhelming emotions. Past is only a shadow of truth. Now is not an exact truth. The time after now is just waiting for the truth. We all should be humbled by what we don't know yet..and hang on to faith for our fate..

I truly am happy about your triumph over your premature birth. But it bothers me so much when religious people completely circumnavigate the inconsistencies of theology. If you are saying that death is a way out for terminal patients, then you are effectively saying that you may as well have passed away, and that outcome would have been just as fulfilling. So then.. what was truly miraculous about it?

People who have gone through much suffering will truly find it difficult to accept what you are saying. It does not mean to say that there is a God or not.
It sure is hard to accept that all things came without intelligence. There is a form, pattern, and design in our universe.

    Feb 15

    • Lushiro

I understand that but suffering is strength.

There is so much more in this world than you and I. We both know this. So let's be open-minded about our world and the universe we dwell within. There is room enough for everybody.

Who are we to say who doesn't exist? That isn't fair nor is it being loving and all accepting, that's like denying the birth of a new born because you don't see it fitting into your condescending criteria.

Suffering only yields strength when you triumph. Children that die of cancer, what strength did they gain? You say you're open minded but you want to surrender to god so badly that you ignore or dismiss these dilemmas.

Nothing is perfect, that we need to admit too. Our families, are so different. We as human do have duty to care for all too. But, I cannot accept the fact that in times of war that children and women had to be culled/murdered in the name or orders of God. It is hard to swallow.

Unfortunately humanity does what they think is right in God's name. God doesn't tell people to kill another, his commandments forbid it. And people CANNOT use the bible to justify their own immorality and violence, monkeys shouldn't mimic everything they see because they'll find out why it backfires. Cancer patients are freed in death, but we DO have treatments for cancer so its not all bad. I dismiss them because they're out of my hands. I focus on the good not the bad.

Don't be condescending to those of us who choose not to believe. I am truly inspired and thankful that you beat your condition. But the fact is, you can't possibly know that there was divine intervention. All you can do is believe. Why doesn't god intervene in Africa, where malishas cut off the hands of women and children? What makes a baby in a comfortable first world nation more privileged than thousands ? We are all equal. God doesn't play dice with the universe.

Why blame God for the world's corruption when we can do something about it? Pointing fingers at the sky won't recorrect the situation on the ground. Lead by example and walk the walk, don't sit there complaining. Although I may not know what truly saved my life. I am faithful enough to believe in a higher power than humanity.

Read my comment again, I didn't blame god. I'm saying that if god COULD intervene, then why does he pick and choose who's suffering to mend? Innocent people suffer everywhere, so for god to choose who to save would make him inherently cruel.

It is what it is there is no sugar coating what we see on this planet. God doesn't intervene because he gave us free-will to choose from right and wrong while doing what we desire. Our wrongful decisions will hurt us and others. Our rightful decisions will help us and others.

Yes, it's a miracle that God saved you. But the real question is why did God initially try to kill you? An innocent, unborn, 6 month old fetus. Why would he do that? You obviously had done nothing wrong yet. You were not born. Was he trying to punish your parents? What did they do to deserve that? He threatened to kill their unborn child. That's a horrible, horrible thing to do. Why did He not just prevent conception in the first place and save everybody the anguish and heartache? He wanted to see someone suffer. But who? Why? It's true that we don't understand the mind of God, and never can. But He wanted to kill you. Yet you were innocent. Why would he do that?

this story is interesting, but i feel you yourself have allowed others to destroy your good works in the body. You're lashing out at people for not believing.. That's not right. But i agree that everyone needs a savior. The one you and i know. But delivering the message is crucial, and how the message is delivered matters.

They say that it was simply that God transferred the life of his Son who in Heaven was named Michael into the womb of a virgin, as the scriptures say, and there was no human DNA, Mary was a surrogate mother, not a 'true' mother. She fed her 'son' with her own milk, but when he reached the age of adulthood away from family law (30) and thus fulfilled the law of Moses, he went about his ministry and within four years the people rejected him as a false rabbi and messiah (a messiah is a messenger) and subjected to a criminal's death from the Roman overlords.

Here is something to think about. I read a book called 'Christianity; an Ancient Egyptian Religion', can't remember the author's name, but essentially it hypothesised that Moses was the Hebrew/Hyksos name for Akhenaten and Joshua (which in Greek is 'Jesus') was the name for Tutankhamen. It certainly got the mind working. I am of a different persuasion being Jewish, and a kabbalist. The Satan dupes men time and time again, through his assertion that God became a man.

thumbs up brother :) but lets not disdain the non-believers..it is not our job to change their outlook.. but it is our job to love them..not just the non believer but also the anti christ we should love all kinds of people..as emmanuela said a christain girl..
"Christianity is about being like "Christ". Jesus loved everyone, First. If they didn't accept what He said, He still loved them." therefore we should be like him..
"this is an appeal to my Christian Brothers and Sisters, not all but some... stop the Damnation. Stop the Judgement. Stop the Religism. Thats not our business".

"It doesn't matter how well you can preach...How many Bible Verses you've memorized or How many people "think" you are all that. If you don't have love, you're nothing. Love is not a chore. Its a revelation. The Christ you serve revealed it in its purest form".

Gandhi said: "I like your Christ, but I do not like your Christians."

Don't be one of "those". This is an invitation....
    Start the LOVE...Join the movement...

i acknowledge emmanuela for this wonderful message to all christian

I feel as though you have left out some very important messages from the bible. Not to worry, I will list some of my top favorites for you, because after all, you being a Christian, I am sure you follow these:

“I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent.” (1 Timothy 2:12)

    Numbers 31:17-18
Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man.

    Psalm 137:9
Happy and blessed shall he be who takes and dashes your little ones against the rock!

Of course, those are only a few. I would be here all day listing them. I'm sure you get the main idea though.Atheists are the problem huh? Seems to be a lot of killing and hating going on in the bible.

I don't care what you believe in quite honestly. You can believe in Allah, Buddha, Smurfs, whatever. What bothers me most about religion in itself, is how closed-minded people are. Because if there is not some almighty book saying that it's OK to do something, Christians find it "wrong". And seriously, if the quotes above "truly happened" as they say it did in the bible, then by all means, that is nothing I want to be a part of. Christians can keep it. I'm good.

I find it funny though that most people that I meet, who claim to be Christian, are the most judgmental people of all.

It's obvious with all of the above comments that you have posted. I have met so many people like you in my life, and honestly it amuses me and actually makes me feel sorry for you. LOL if your hate/dislike, or whatever it is that you want to call it, for Atheists is this strong...I really would hate to see your opinions and views are on gay marriage. Good luck on your campaign of judging people and their beliefs. I'm sure it is going to continue to go over well in the future for you.

If you're going to be gay then don't get married, otherwise its a waste of money, its advertisement and shoving your alienated lifestyle down people's throats. I feel sorry for them too because they're doing the non-christianly thing threatening people that they're going to hell. HELL doesn't exist, never has and won't until Judgment day when God unleashes the lake of fire for judgment, the second death to purify all nonbelievers, wicked, and sinners.

The only reason it is "alienated" is because of people like you. I assure, if the situation was reversed,(i.e. Heterosexuals could not get married because it is "wrong"), you would be crying your eyes out and screaming at everyone how unfair it is. Funny how the bible states you should love your neighbor and not judge people. But you sit here and show how much you judge everyone and do not approve of their lifestyles because they do not live up to your "standards."
To be honest, I have no problems with God....it's his fan club I can't stand.

To love your neighbor is to also want better for them even by judging their life fairly. You don't quite understand what God wants or desires do you?

Nope. I don't really care what he wants or desires. The way I see it is this, religion is used as a way to make people feel comfort. I don't need comfort. I need facts. I also don't feel the need to go to a special building every Sunday and give the church my money that I worked hard for. I trust no one at church. I sure as hell wouldn't trust letting my kids go to church either. Not with the way people there think it is OK to molest children, and get away with it for years. No thanks. I'm good.
And quite honestly, the ignorance alone from people at church makes laugh. I honestly wish I could see everything in black and white the way that you and the rest of your friends at the Westboro Church can. But unfortunately, I can't. I have lived in the real world and dealt with real world problems. Not everything is in black and white. And it never will be.
People use religion as a crutch. Because they need to feel comfort and they aren't strong enough to get through it on their own, so they turn to God. Good for them. I don't need to because I have gotten this far in my life, and I will go further doing it the way I always have. On my own. In doing so, I don't treat people as though they are beneath me because they do or don't have religion or other beliefs, or chose a certain lifestyle. Never have, never will. The world is full of hostility. We don't need to add more fuel to that fire.
And on that note, I have wasted enough time on this post and I'm bored.

Who are you to judge any atheists, call us immoral and hateful? Is that what your god wants, for you to put down someone who happens not to see the world as you do? Where is your god when eager mothers give birth to deformed and dead babies? are they not as deserving of his mercy as you claim to be? When an atheist woman and a christian woman get raped, does the christian get out alive and the atheist killed, because of faith? Religion promotes nothing but hatred, as is very obvious after reading your story. You attack atheists, simply because we don't believe in what you do. Maybe it's time for you to walk your talk and show us the love that christians all throughout history have failed to show.

yes a god does exist, but no one died on a cross. That's fake, it was never documented, most biblical books are just stories wrote by people with disorders.

It does not bother you that no one believes in Zora Astor, greek or roman gods, Norse gods, Amon Ra, any more. Religions have existed as long as man has been on this planet. They come they are believed for thousands of years they evolve and then die. They are then replaced by new religions. The people who believed in these religions were every bit as convinced that they were right as you are, but I guess they were wrong because their religions no longer exist. Does religious technology improve? Why are religions today more believable than religions that have died? As science advances there will be fewer and fewer places for god to hide and the very concept will disappear, because religion answers no question.

This is a false argument, because what you are saying is that anything that can't currently be explained must therefore be magic. Magic used to explain thunder, it used to explain the sun. We now know how the sun began. As science continues to advance it will conscript more and more things that used to be answered by magic. The space for god to exist will grow ever smaller, eventually fading away. Can you name any problem that man has ever faced that was solved verifiably, and duplicatably, excuse my English, by magic.

Judaism , note spelling, is not the oldest recorded religion, that would be Hinduism. There are dozens of religions older that Judaism that is my point. If Jesus was a Jew, and we know he was born Jewish raised Jewish, and died Jewish. The last supper marking a Jewish holiday, then how can you claim to be following him by practising a religion he did not observe.

Typical Christian: need everyone else to believe in your fairy tales to make you feel secure.

Here's a quote for you since you like them so much:

"Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?"

    Epicurus 341–270 B.C.

God allows evil so people realize they NEED savior. He does what he wills, we aren't to understand his ways or his thoughts because he is above us and our creator. No sense making a big deal out of evil when we can eliminate the causes of it. Why blame God when you can blame the murderers, rapists and so forth let alone put an end to the destruction? Without suffering how can we know peace and healing? They go hand in hand. Light and darkness, pain and numbness, love and hatred. I can keep going but the choice to accept the reality is your own.

OK. So lets just think about what you're saying here.

"God allows evil so people realize they need a savior" - so god allows children to die of hunger and suffer at the hand of pedophiles and for evil people to commit atrocities across the globe on a daily basis, so that people will need him? Doesn't that sound a little cruel and unfair?

"We are not to understand his... thoughts" So he loves us all as his own children but wants to keep us ignorant? Does that sound like a responsible Father figure?

"No sense in making a big deal out of evil" - I'm even going to bother with that!

I don't blame god for anything. I blame man for creating god. One thing I notice about the god of the bible is that he's jealous, petty, contradictory and misogynistic - kind of like the people who wrote the bible.

Anyway, that said, I don't think less of you for what you believe, but if you post stuff like this, you have to expect a response.

May Thor bless you, or which ever god you like! ;)

@Feanor, I can only assume from reading your comment, that you're a very insecure person, and it must frighten you to hear someone who is secure in their faith. Otherwise, why would you attack, for no reason? And as for the whole "God allows evil" thing, that's so stupid. It shows a lack of intelligence, and ability to think for yourself. It's cause, and effect, not any God. If you jump off of a cliff, then you're going to break some bones, or die. "God" doesn't make it that way, it's just nature. Evil brings pain, and suffering, it's not anyone's fault, but humanity's own. It's called "free will." We obviously have it, it wouldn't be "free will" if we couldn't do bad things. We're supposed to be intelligent enough, regardless of our individual religious beliefs, to think for ourselves, and NOT do the things that hurt us, and hurt others. The problem is, that people are prisoners within their own minds, and they cannot think for themselves, because they are so lost, and enslaved by their emotions, that they commit "sins" against themselves, and others, for myriad reasons, and cannot see the error of their ways. They cannot "evolve" they cannot change, but THEY choose to be that way, no "God" has anything to do with it. As I said, it's cause, and effect.

"No sense making a big deal out of evil when we can eliminate the causes of it."
You're not understanding the point of God divine justice, besides people need to suffer to understand how strong they really are. And let me tell you something. MAN cannot create one who has always existed. Check the string theory.

" I blame man for creating god." = Man created the definitions that described God. God made MAN in HIS image.

wow, what a stream of comments - feanor75: Epicurus articulates one of the oldest arguments against God[s], but nevertheless one that i think understands God in fairly narrow terms - because this argument doesn't step beyond the metaphor of God as a super-being it doesn't easily shake the faith of the believer ----- i don't presume this will satisfy you, but for me the problem of evil in relation to God is relatively straightforward [at least philosophically if not practically] - my answer to Epicurus in simple theological terms is that evil is necessary to produce free-will - for if there was no suffering then the consequences of our decisions would be essentially meaningless, and therefore free-will itself would have no meaning - without death our lives would have no meaning, for we would have time to do and be everything ----- one could go on to discuss at length the various attitudes to evil taken in the different religions, but meaning itself is the essential purpose of suffering - i believe you'll find they are all in agreement about that
