DRINK MORE WATER! Everyone says it over and over... I have have a case of water and I will try to drink at least 4 bottles a day.. How about you?

Didyou know that some peoples' back pains ( provided there's not injury there, or some plausable cause) is simply from lack of water. We even need water to support our spines. Dehydration prevents this, and INCREASES the chance of injury. There are 500 other ways water is beneficial to our health, but I thought this was an interresting, less known fact.
