I started the gym yesterday n really enjoyed n for once in my life i plan to stick to it n keep it up!
I did bums n tums once then quit i was very hungover at the time so no wonder i didnt like it!

But anyway my best friend has tried to stop me from eating all naughty things n no naughty drinks!! I did really well until 4ish n then the withdrawals kicked in! im used to having either a drink of coke n a choccy bar each day but i was nearly shaking as i didnt have anything!

She did let me give in to a rice krispie cake tho at 5 as i had done well all day n admitted it would be hard for me to give up everything all at once!!

I hope i can keep the healthy eating up n not give in to the cravings all the time!!!
