Freedom of religion is for everyone. Certain groups claim that as a cover for proselytizing. Minority religions (Pagans, Jews and many immigrants) really don't need to be "saved." If a belief or path works for someone FINE. Just be respectful of freedom of religion by not pushing it on someone who clearly is not interested. Would you like for them to bother you about why their religion is the superior one?

The United States was NOT founded as a Christian nation.

We are all spiritual beings, regardless of what brand of spirituality you choose to follow (or don't)..However one wants to find salvation I'm A-OK with...it's just when people try to impose their brand of spirituality on others I don't like..its like if someone doesn't care for McDonalds..but someone else who happens to be larger says..NOW ALL YOU CAN EAT IS MCDONALDS..and they say..well..no it's ok..I got my wendys..but they say NO! WENDY'S SUCKS!..ONLY MCDONALDS!...which one is better? I don't know..probably neither..some people will like McDonalds, and some people will like Wendy's based on their own experiences...it's the thousands of years that people have been manipulated with faith that needs to end..spirituality has to be combined with rationality..in what I call sprationality...yeah..it's a thing..I also believe it's a very personal thing..there's nothing wrong with having leaders, and teachers, or elders to help guide you toward whatever you believe is your salvation..but everyone is human and therefor susceptible to corruption.

I realize that some "Christians" will hate me for saying this, but the united States of America was NOT founded as a "Christian Nation". It was founded as a Godly country and "that's" a big difference. A Godly country is one wholly based upon God's laws ....and one of the biggest tenets of God's law is choice. A choice to accept God, or not. A choice to love Him ...."or not". It is said that God is love ...and love, cannot be forced.

It was founded in this way by chance and was already inhabited by highly spiritual american Indians, so technically it was founded on spiritualism.
