I'm a Christian and I believe in evolution. The way I see it, theres plenty of evidence in Science today to prove it. Who's to say that God didn't make that atom before the Big Bang? It's a little like how the Catholic Church recently said it ok to be gay because they recognize its not a choice. Basically I just want to hear other people's opinions on the whole subject.

Actually, evolution is mathematically impossible, violates the second law of thermodynamics, and is not supported by the fossil evidence.

I believe in evolution, and I'm a Christian. I dont think some of the things in the bible should be taken literally, because I feel that there is a lot of figurative language in the bible.

I was hopeing more people would jump on this well try in the day time

Maybe the Bible isn't meant to be taken 'word for word' literally? (Respecting your opinion)

I had read an article about how Religion and Science don't have to be against each other. It said how Science doesn't have an answer for the very beginning and Religion doesn't explain the 7 days to Jesus' time

such the old testament tell it all till Jesus then the new one beginnes

I am too but I also have a lot of things that bother me about that early history
