I was rereading one of my favorite devotionals yesterday, "LEARNING TO WORSHIP HIS NAME and thought I would share one of the devotions, THURA, the DOOR.

Pronounced: thoo-ra; Meaning the Door.
scripture Reading: John 10:1-10
scripture Focus: "I am the door; by Me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture"
(John 10:9).

Thought For The Day: Those who enter in through the Door find peace and safety and refuge from life's tirals and burdens (Matthew 11:28).

Christ is the living Door. Christ is the only way into the fold
(John 14:6). Those who have been given the right to enter the fold have the ability to recognize His voice (John 10:2-4).
"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Since God designated Jesus to be the Savior of the world, no one else can be His equal. Our focus needs to be on Jesus, whom God offered as the way to have an eternal relationship w/Himself. There is no other name or way! The Shepherd-Door leads and guides us throughout our lives as we listen to His voice and are obedient to His will. What a Door!

Prayer: Loving God, thank You for choosing me and showing me the Door of salvation. Help me to feel safe in Your fold when I an weary and overburdened. I know the storms of life are so much easier to bear inside the fold. I praise You for allowing me to hear Your voice and to enter into forgiveness and the abundant life. I celebrate Your name THURA! I magnify Your name THURA! I praise and thank You that I am no longer on the wrong side of the Door. Hallelujah! Amen and Amen.

Peace, Joy, Wholeness and Freedom In Christ,

This john n Matthew, they were the one who recorded Jesus's words?

Matthew wrote Matthew, one of the gospels in the New Testament. The Book of Mark was written by John and Mark. This Book of the Bible also in the NT. The Book of Luke was written by Luke, a physician. The Book of John was written by John. The books are about Jesus' ministry and the words He spoke.

Yes,I remember all 4 of them. Thank you

You are most welcome.
