Lost In My Mind And My Heart Takes Over

I'm lost in my mind and i feel like all i got is my mind here's how i only got my mind.
1. I'm in a wheelchair 
2. I am not that good looking 
3. I learned my mind is my best tool in love.

But sometimes my mind lends me to pain and then i got my heart will it ever let me down yes it has but i got to keep following my heart and my mind will sure to follow Right?
I got a girlfriend and i care about her a lot thanks to God i have her. And i followed my heart not my mind
