Inspiration From The Sage~

I have written about the many levels of love. Love continues along the lifeline of our voyage in this world.  Most people understand the different loves a person can have.  We love each other in so many different ways.  So I ask…

If I saw you standing on some railroad tracks before a fast moving train and; you told me to stay away, this is what you want to do…should I accept your desire, or should I save your life?

If I saw you standing on the roof of a skyscraper, the wind howling around us and you about to jump; should I let you fly to your death or, should I save your life?

If I saw you emotionally unstable because of depression or life in general, should I lay your head on my chest and tell you everything will be fine or, should I leave you alone in your agony?

If I know what destructive journey you are about to embark on, should I hold your hand and not let you go or, should I give you some cookies and tell you to go?

What would any level of love do under these circumstances?  Does my love give me the right to try to intervene in another’s life?  Or should I say, Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be)"?
The answer: This may seem harsh to some but, if you think about it you will see. I believe, sometimes love has the hard task of either, intervening or, saying que sera sera.

Friends tell each other the truth it is that simple.

For sure.

I think its our responsibility to do the right thing.

The other person may not like it but eventually they'll come around.

I always do :)

Kindness and love are a sacred trust given to us by God and you can't just waste thinking whether to use it or not.

Its not exactly a choice or a decision.

Its what we HAVE to do!

Most times, this is the right answer. thank you.
