I Love Them All

After ending a long term relationship I started to make some really close friends for the first time in my life. I have always made friends with more women than men so consequently, nearly all of close friends are women. About a year ago, one of these friends and I started a relationship and it has gotten very serious. This relationship has been great so far with only a few problems. One of the problems however, is the fact that I still have four other female friends that I am close to. She says it doesn't bother her but I know it does on some level. I don't want this to be problem for us but I don't want to give up my other friends either.

Don't give up friendships for jealousy. It is important to keep friends close at all times. Relationships don't always last and the friends are there to pick up the pieces. If a relationship is so fickle that you can't have female friends then it is not a very strong or worthwhile relationship.

I'm not. I've got to be true to one that I said I was committed to.
