I Hear About...

Those stories where a person is drinking a hot drink when driving. Suddenly they stop the car and they spill the drink all over themself burning themself in the process.

 

Rather than blame themselves they blame the company who provided the drink as the container had no warning on it. What happened to common sense here? Who was to blame? Not the company but the person driving with a hot drink. I now live in a society where people fear being sued because of things like this. Rather than blame themselves they blame others, I think it's either stupidity or they want easy money.
