When You Are Passionate About Your Core Values And Beliefs

I am a firm believer in standing up for my beliefs!

That said, I know that there is a time and place for everything.

I wouldn't just jump up and shout at a funeral or a wedding or a crowded theatre.

When someone says something that is unsettling to you or says something that shakes those beliefs ... then take a the time to think about those beliefs and what was said to determine if you still believe in them. If you do then stay firm.

Never waver just because of intimidation.

You must also realize that not everyone can handle the truth. Not everyone deserves the truth. So, proceed with caution.

it's ok and better still to listen often to other peoples opinion about your beliefs and where necessary change or adjust.

You are so right, when you believe something to be yours, you should stand up for your believes....and I always ask myself what you believe to be real does not have to be real for others but they have to respect your decision and choice as a person that is all.

I agree if you don't stand up for your beliefs no one else will.

Yes, you better, because you will never live it down if a moment of cowardice clouds your heart. Better believe it!
