With All My Heart and Soul

I do believe in the power of prayer.  I believe with all my heart and soul and mind.  When I know that a family member, a friend or even a stranger I hear about needs prayer, I will pray.  I will have faith and patience that my prayer will get answered.  If it's GOD's will, then it will be done.  GOD does answer prayers.  I have had many prayers answered through the years.  Especially in the last four years after I turned my life to GOD!!!  Between my husbands strokes and seizures, my breakdown and Ptsd, all I had left was GOD.

I have Patience to wait for his answers.  I have great Faith in GOD and I do Believe in the Power of Prayer!!

Hello angelwings, I also mostly talk to GOD. I may say the Lord's Prayer but mostly I talk form my heart and soul to the only thing that I know who has never and will never let me down, GOD MY FATHER...

I pray for many people, prayer circles, prayer requests from friends and family all around the world. I pray as a way to connect with Him. Sometimes, I just start talking (lol) to ease my mind when I'm feeling too much, or become overwhelmed. When I am finished, the feelings of peace and pure joy fill me up. I have a relationship with God unlike that of any other person I've interacted with. It is complete and total trust and faith. No matter the outcome, I KNOW there is a reason for everything that happens-- all of it. He'll reveal that understanding when I'm meant to know it.

AMEN<br />
Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.<br />
<br />
Now, If we only do it!<br />
<br />
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.<br />
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.<br />
for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.<br />
A Preacher of God once said; <br />
Lot's of prayer is lot's of power.<br />
Little prayer is little power.<br />
and no prayer is no power at all.<br />
it is written:<br />
"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."<br />
"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened." <br />
"we have not because we ask not."<br />
"Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you."<br />
"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. The peace of God, which passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."<br />
"Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."<br />
"Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."<br />
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."<br />
"For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. "Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight."<br />
"And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him." <br />
"But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord."<br />
" But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."<br />
"And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it."<br />
" And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full." <br />
"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."

Hello priehl,wow,that's amazing to hear,I'm happy that your feeling better and that you survived your accident.<br />
<br />
I had a cousin who was also in an accident back in September 08.She is also doing much better.

I too believe in the power of faith in Christ and prayer. My most recent was a car accident we were in. My head hit the windshield, HARD. It broke the windshield as we made impact at about 40 mph. I didn't think my neck would ever heal, because I know several people who've had such injuries. One died and two others still suffer tremendously with neck pain and headaches many years later.<br />
<br />
I got to work on Monday, and a good friend/co-worker said, "I'm praying for you. You just believe that you are healed, in the name of Jesus." Mind you, this was only 2 days after the wreck and the pain was intense to the point I could have passed out at times. Horrible pain.<br />
<br />
Anyway, it was 10:30 am that day, and my pain was GONE. There was one tiny spot in my neck that I could still notice. It didn't hurt, but I could notice it. I had full range of motion!<br />
<br />
That's my most recent miracle, along with many others in the past. I praise God for continually amazing me! He is awesome!
