Learning... and Loving It!!!

I haven't even read the book or seen the DVD yet, but I know it works.  When my friend told me about it, he told me to test it.  I've had acid reflux disease for years, and that day had an awful stomachache.  So I started telling myself, "my stomach is sweet." (instead of sour or acid or whatever).  Within a few minutes, it was true.  Since that day in February, I've only eaten Tums two or three times.  And that's just the start!  This stuff is awesome!

the world can be as simple as you would like to believe. we tend to complicate things unnecessarily. every thought is the starting point to learning control - recognize the thought and then change it to positive. it is not easy - but it is simple. and it requires daily lifelong practice.

but, angela, belief is the first step in making it real. and, the heartburn that i spoke of in this post was diagnosed as GIRD; ie, acid reflux.<br />

is my life perfect? no. am i actively working to make it better? heck yes!

no offense, but there was more to it than just positive thinking. i recently found out i had acid reflux. when i didn't know i had it, the attacks would occur no matter what i believed. the world is not so simple as you'd like to believe

*Is that friend* Glad to have shared and very glad I found The Secret myself.
