I do it happened to me but I had left my camcorder on and a black blurry shadow apered with red eyes,very,very long fangs so you know I assumed it was a (vampire)!!!!! ;-<

I did a spell to turn me into one an dreamed that I was bitten in the morning I had an actual bite. Ever since then I have felt sooooo ill ant one know why???

Seriously, I am a practitioner, my family were roma and we have strong belief's in vampires and werewolves but NOT in the way everyone on here has portrayed them. I realize that most of these kids have read too much twilight, really long for something mythical or find it popular to think like this.

As for the bible bashers, Christianity has pagan DNA, vampires do not exist in the 'flesh' they were meant to be spirits who drained the life from unborn babies. Kind of strange that everyone has their own opinon of this, I find it fascinating yet to be honest, a big load of BS. Thanks for the entertainment.

Sounds like an iron deficiency to me. I am iron deficicent and when it gets low, I have those same things. The sensitive eyes. The red eyes. That also signals anemia which I also have. Get ot you doc have them to check your iron and red cell count. Because if they are too low it can make oyu very sick

@MarkusGP: Yes the historical vampire was thought to be more of a walking rotting corpse, but it was modern literature and film that added the "sharp teeth".

And yes I do agree a lot of the vampire subculture is crap, especially with some of the more "teen heart-throb" garbage movies coming out, vampire life stylers are not necessarily real vampires.

Real vampires are still alive, they are still people, they are still human. And many out there keep their nature to themselves in public to the point that one might not even know they are. Many also argue that "vampire" is a bad word to use for the condition, for that word carries a lot of baggage, but it seems no one has another as widely accepted term.

A lot of people make crazy claims online for just about everything one can think of, vampire related or not. Yes, they are online and probably quite far from you giving them the shelter to play in their imaginative world a while without true threatening responses. People like those are often generally harmless, and these people are not in your livingroom babbling away until you have to smack'em to shut it, so although they may be quite annoying, the best solution when someone online is getting on your nerves is, don't talk to them. You'll save yourself some grief.

Welcome to my world. You could just be going through the awakening, it's not as serious as it sounds and it's nothing like the movies. But it can be weird. There are a LOT of others who have gone through it, so you are not alone. Trust your own sanity not what most will babble at you and try and seek out others who have gone through it if you feel you need too. You should be fine as long as you realize it is nothing like the movies so don't even try to take it onto that level.

In another moment of weird coincidences, my son, this morning, told me he had been watching this show where they pitted the best warriors from all of history against each other. One of those warriors was our friend Vlad. I asked him if he knew what Vlad did. He nodded and looked a little bit sick. I didn't ask him to go into details.



Then I asked him why he was watching such a thing. He said it was the only such show he watched (he was home sick). Now I wonder how such a show could be rated TV14 or under, since he can't see shows that are rated more adult than that. Although, in truth, I don't believe in protecting innocence. I also don't believe in bombarding kids with horrific stuff, either.

truths like the psycological effects of vampirism, the fact that vampires can go out in the sun but the weaker they are the more damage it does, the fact that religious icons have no effect on a vampires, the way we like to select our 'prey', the idea of so many diiferent abilities being available to vampires with enough power built up, the effects of starvation.... All of it made fantastical but also at times clearly derived from fact.



Of course I find bits of truth thrughout most fiction that I would consider 'good'. I like vampire stories where the vampire is the protagonist but still has blood lust and feels no need to try to control it. I want people to understand that just becausea race is above them in the food chain does not make that race evil or cursed. It can be a valid existance, leeching blood, energy, life (or all of the above), from less developed human beings

I think Anne Rice did an excellent job of telling certian truths about vampiric beings, and I love how well she hid most of it. The's lots of great vampire fiction around these days, aparantly, but what I look for is the kind where metephore and fact are blended with fantasy and folklore

Stories of people who biologically need to drink blood are known for a long time. It has nothing to do with spiritualism, religion etc, but with the health issues. If the story is true, all I can advice is to contact a specialist. A doctor, not a vampire specialist, that is.

As for the concept of the devil turning anyone into a vampire, that's just naïve. Vampirism is not the work of the devil.

I made a pact with the devil once. I wanted to have pancakes with real maple syrup every morning. Boy! I had a deuce of a time getting out of that one. I had to promise him a third-hand left eyebrow on the morning of my death, which was a pretty hefty deal, until I realized I wouldn't be needing that eyebrow much longer at that time, anyway.



But the vampire thing? Remember good ol' Vlad? The impaler dude? Who used to, like, cut off the heads of townspeople he didn't like and post them on the ramparts of his castle? Townspeople never really understood this behavior so they decided he must be drinking their blood. Plus he always did his dastardly deeds at night.



Vampirism just can't be taken seriously any more. Do you know how many 14 year old female vampires (why aren't there any males?) are running around these days? They dress all goth and whatnot and imagine themselves to be dark mysterious, tortured and oh god it is so meaningful.



You know, we oughtta be outraged at the feminine takeover of vampirism. They all want to have Edward Cullen bite their necks. Listen sweetums. There's only so many necks he can bite!

I am about to share a true life experience that happened to me more than Ten Years ago. I was born into a family that could afford me luxury and comfort; I was privileged to attend one of the best schools in my country. Life for me was exciting and at its peak. I never really cared about religion because as far as I was concerned, it was for the ignorant and the misfits of the society. This all changed with an experience I had, it all happened in October 1999, when I was travelling from my home to another city , like I earlier said I came from a family that could provide me with luxury, so I travelled with my Father who was a top government official in his official car with his aide. We arrived at our destination in about Three hours. Upon arrival I felt a little uneasy and I had a prompting within me that I must return back from where I was coming from immediately. I told my father who naturally would have refused but surprisingly he obliged to my going back. The aide was told to take me back

Two days after my arrival while waiting for my Father’s return I heard the most shocking news ever that my father was involved in a ghastly motor Accident which claimed lives. I found this hard to believe but it was true. I went to the hospital and saw him half dead. At this point I completely overwhelmed as I felt Gods love and mercy upon my soul, I then realized that if I had stayed I could have died in the Accident. I was crying because I wondered why God would show undeserved mercy to me who never gave him audience in my life. It was at this moment I saw the guilt of my sin: my fornication, telling lies, stealing, Fighting, using abusive words, anger, hatred, bitterness, malice, jealousy, greed and all my sinful indulgence etc.

I know God hates these things because it is at variance with his word. I then asked him for forgiveness and Promised him that I would never do those things he Dislikes, If despite all my ills towards him he still showed love to me, I received His Son Jesus as my Lord and Personal savior, as the person that paid the price for my sin by coming in a human form more than 2,000 yrs ago to die for our sins so as to reconcile sinful man to a loving God. It’s now more than Ten years and God has Given me the Grace not to go back to my sins and evil acts, It’s a miracle that I can’t explain, that I can do without Fornication , engaging in sinful indulgences etc. I can now say that I am truly a child of God. I now know peace that I can’t explain, my life is filled with God’s love and Joy. I am so Grateful to God and His Son Jesus for the Brand new Life I have received. I believe that Jesus is Lord and that he has prepared a place of Glory for his people. I believe that when he comes to take his own I would be with him in Glory. I really Love God because he Sent his Son Jesus to Die for my Sins, I am Proud of Him. I owe my Life entirely to him.

I also love you dear reader , and I pray that you would also experience what i experienced, but the choice is yours , why not give him a chance in your life, why not let him in, and you would experience this peace , love and joy that this world can’t give. First start by confessing your sins, Then accept Jesus as lord and Personal Savior, and promise him you won’t go back to your sinful ways, don’t worry if you are sincere He would give you the grace not to go back to sinful indulgence. All this is done by closing your eyes and saying a few prayers then you would experience what I am talking about. I love you because the love of God Flows from my heart to you.
