Enjoy The Little Things

Those little things, the ones you think no one notices, that may not mean much to someone else but mean the world to me. Those are the little things that are remembered the most.

It's in the glances he gives me.

The way he knows what's going on in my mind before I do at times.

The way he brushes the hair from my face.

The notes, the letters, the cards, the packages, the gifts he choses for me because he knows what I like.

The stories interwoven through time that are relived in both of our hearts.

The memories shared. The hurt, the pain and yes the sadness at times but always the love, it's always steadfast and remains the same.

It's in the way he makes me a part of his daily life. The way he says good night and good morning (even if he's grumpy).

The way his eyes are always so full of love and the way they tear up at times.

And oh yea he makes one hell of a cup of coffee too....just the way I like it!!

We all look at 'the big picture' but in life why not look at some of the simple things that make life more special.

The possibilities are endless so why not enjoy them.
