Obligatory Stats On Laughter

It must be a federal law of some sort. Whenever talking about laughter and health, one must always list what science has already confirmed...so here we go. Benefits of laughter:

  • increases muscle flexion
  • boosts immune function (raising T-cells Gamma-interferon, and B-cells)
  • pain reduction (releases endorphins the body's natural painkillers)

  • respiration (similar to deep breething)
