Hello, Kcarma! I wrote this story just before I was fired by this passive-aggressive *****...AND YOU ARE RIGHT, IT WAS THE BEST THING THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED! I learned to define myself in ways other than through my job, or "successes" or "the right thing". Much happier now! I hope other folks going through this type of headache at work or in school write/read our experience. Another bit of advice, people: It will not get better. Find another job. Crazy is supported by similar crazy someplace else in the administration, or your nutty boss would not be there. You are more important than rectifying some one else's B.S.

I work as a part-time bagger at the supermarket and the main store manager at my job isn't always nice to me, other employees or even my job coach. I've been around that guy for 5 years, since the day I graduated from community college. My theory about him is that he probably didn't have a good life while he was growing up. I also believe that he has a thing against people who can act more different than others as well as against certain aspects of people's lives that doesn't meet his life style. I've been around that guy for 5 years since the day I graduated from community college. I'm totally different from everyone else because I have Aspergers along with A.D.D/HD and I tend to be more task oriented, highly organized and I'm very quiet and not as social with anyone. No matter what anybody says about him, I still consider him unreliable and very negligent especially after he threw me off when I tried to get help about a scheduling issue. But even if he was being nice to other employees, why can't he show the same respect to me?

WF, you are right. The problems begin, however, when your nuttiness impacts negatively on the rights or welfare of others. TO YOU AND Kcarma, thanks for the words of encouragement. Since this posting, I was fired on trumpted up crap (have an attorney) and I'm in the process of developing my own business. I agree, kcarma, it was the best thing that ever happened to me!
