State Park

One of the few times I was able to stroll in the woods happened over a decade ago, in mid-Missouri. It was early summer, and was so freeing. Walking along a meandering creek bed, I was able to enjoy watching turkey vultures launching from their cliffside nests. I stumbled upon a woodcock who went through its "injured" dance, to draw me away from its nest. Even though the town which is near this state park is relatively liberal, I was relieved that I didn't encounter anyone else; most folks aren't very understanding. ;-)

It was an experience I have never been able to duplicate. I do sleep nude, and avoid dressing until it is absolutely necessary.

I agree

The line about the State Park reminded me of an experience i had back in the 1970s. At the time I was in home construction and remodeling. Sometimes I took jobs a way out of town, and I lived out in Sequim, WA. I had a small camp trailer that I stayed in for out of town jobs if they took more than one day.

One time after working on some customer's house all day, I pulled my camp trailer into a State Park that had a large camping area. It was in the fall so it got dark early, but the night was warm and the moon was out. I fixed dinner for myself, and then went out for a walk about the park. Pretty soon, as I walked the service roads, I noticed that I hadn't seen any other campers. I had this whole area of the park to myself.

I wasn't an experienced nudist in those days, but I was alone and lonely as well as sexually lonely. I soon shucked off my clothes and started waking around the park naked. I walked past the other camps. I walked down to the beach. It wasn't very late and other campers could have arrived until 10 pm when the park officially closed, but nobody did. I wandered the park around naked for a couple of hours. It was a wonderful experience.
