    People misunderstand mental illness a lot!

    in fact we tend to have a distorted vision of the world, most of the time. We may perceive and interpretate things in a different way sometimes, compared to the "healthy people". But that does not mean we want to be like that. It's like you say, we suffer!



    I believe that mental illness is related to how we are raised and experiences. We are a result from that.. it's hard to be happy when you were thought to think the opposite. (Although it's possible)

    And we know what's going on, better than the ones who judge us.

    I agree. People that have never suffered from anxiety or depression don't have a clue what these are like.
