I know that we shouldn't care about what people think about us... but I wish she would care just a little.

I know that we shouldn't speak badly about another, especially someone we don't know intimately... but sometimes it is hard to bite our tongue when the mention of her makes me want to jump on the feminism band wagon.

It just troubles me, being a woman in my thirties. A woman who is trying to make a difference in my life as well as those I encounter. It troubles me that a mother exploits her family in the manner she does. A woman who continues to bring children into this world. A woman who wants a role in our government, who supposedly believes that she is going to make a difference in our lives. What the world needs is to learn acceptance and to learn how to coexist at every level. A woman who gossips and speaks off the cuff is not a woman I want to be raising our country. Because isn't that what it is, politicians are supposed to be caring and supporting our people. Maybe this is why we judge so harshly our politicians indescretions, if they run their houses in a certain manner, can we not assume they will treat our government the same.

I don't know. I don't like to give this anymore energy than it deserves, which is not much at all. She is a distraction. I don't care if she turned out the be the best leader this free world has ever seen, her appearance and behavior is a distraction. She just seems so willing to be the joke, to be a sex object, just to get attention.

Sarah Palin is running for the most popular girl in school... our government is her high school.

Maybe someone she just give her the crown to an imaginary title and maybe she will leave us be.
