John F Kennedy Speech April 27 1961

This is of course an excerpt

" The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society, and we are as a people inherently opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths, and to secret proceedings.  We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it.  Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions.  Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it.  And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment.  That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it's in my control.  And no official of my administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes, or to withhold from the press and the public the facts that they deserve to know...

It requires a change in outlook, a change in tactics, a change in missions.  For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy, that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence, on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day.  It is a system that has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific, and political operations....

And so it is to the printing press - to the recorder of man's deeds, the keeper of his conscience, the courier of the news, that we look for strength and assistance, confident that with your help,

Man will be what he was meant to be,

I am from a country from Asia and yet feel that the States lost a very valuable man who could have straightened things up over there. Check out Zeitgeistaddendum and Bohemian grove on Utube to get a drift of things unheard and unseen by the average citizen.

because they did not belong to any secret societies

Excellent, reread this three times, each time slower than the one before, because it is..well excellent, truth without spin...thanks for posting this Understone...and as musicmouse posted, the public doenst get it, or maybe they are becoming aware I say..but do they care..good question, I wonder that all the time...thanks!

Good for amazing woman, well said.

Guys, Alt and MM, check out this link, I think it might be of interest to you: How an old Bush can ruin a good lunch.

Yes you shall Alt...thank you! Sheeez...thats a big can of worms....all those buddy-ol'-pall links between the Presidents Men. There have been many books written about it, but ''nothing'' on Fox News. I'm very disappointed cuz I count on Fox News to ''always'' bring us the "truth", the whole "truth", and nothing but the "truth" help their God! ha ha ha! [satire]

In Monty Pythons "The Holey Grail" when the cows start landing all around them, the King says.."run away". Thats the smart thing to do if you don't wish to be hit. So many of the facts were hidden in the Warren Commision...its unreal! My mother who studied the Warren Commission said..."it was a set up"! I was in 7th grade and thats one of the few statements I remember her saying about government.

In a video taken of the assassination you can clearly see the reaction of the secret service man who was told to step away from the side of the vehicle before the shooting., he is gesturing WTF??

You have a link for that video?

You tube...JFK Assassination.Secret Service standown. I'm on a phone thus Ltd.

A great speech by a great man, attempting to inform us of the 'real' deal, as did many countless others who have been snuffed out by the ''control factor''. Funny how the public still doesn't get it. Is it because they just don't listen, or because they just don't care?

Although he "does not recall" [?] when asked, George (Herbert Walker) Bush was in Dallas the day JFK was assassinated.

Bush lies about the fact that he was a high-ranking CIA official at the time of JFK's death.

- Bush allowed the escape of a convicted terrorist from prison to go to work for him as an undercover CIA asset in Iran-Contra.

- Bush has released another convicted terrorist.

- Both these terrorists were present on Dealey Plaza on 11/22/1963.

- Both these terrorists were convicted for killing 73 people by blowing up an airliner.

- Bush is personal friends with a close associate of these convicted terrorists, who was also a participant in Iran Contra.

- Bush has taken a leading role as CIA official in structuring/organizing these terrorists in effective organizations.

"unfortunately someone said, "Hmmm.."

'someone'? It was bush, from the overpass...

Your Welcome. JFK, the last true president of the United States.

Thank you for posting this speech. I have always believed that the Kennedys were the last Kings.

Great Men.

Read Taylor Caldwell's "The Captains and the Kings", written in 1972. In fact, read most things by Taylor Caldwell. She believed in a theory about the "grey men" - a group of very wealthy families who hovered unobtrusively yet controlled the economy of the world. These families were from every type of background and had no real religious beliefs other than a religious belief in money and power. Interesting.

It was the day a coup happened and the people were none the wiser.

Yes, the message was do what you are told or else.

And unfortunately someone said, "Hmmm... We can't have him around for too long... I think we'll have to remove him". And remove him they did.
