Food Makes Me Feel Better..for A Moment.

I've always loved food..too much. I lost a lot of weight over a year ago, and managed to keep most of it off. But now I'm depressed and I've found food is the only thing that I look forwards too. Depression is always associated with weight loss; but I'm the opposite. I eat for comfort, but it only makes me feel worse; disgusting. I eat until I feel sick and I hate myself. The anti depressants can't be helping, either.

My dear, you are beautiful. Look no longer for the extrinsic value in life. Look inside yourself at your intrinsic value. Find the beauty you thought never existed. It is real. It is there. And it is yours. Now what actions to take. Learn about the food you it. How the chemicals in a given diet can affect your neurological transmitters. You don't need antidepressants. Do not sacrifice your love or your virtue for anyone.
