I'm Disgusting

i've been binging on about 2000+ calories for 5 days in a row. i need to stop before this becomes a habit again. it really sucks because i was getting better and now I'm not :/ how do i get past that feeling that i absolutely need to eat everything in the house? my face and thighs and stomach are getting fatter and uglier everyday. and everytime i binge it just triggers me to cut because I'm a fat worthless ***** with no self control. i just need to be skinny, i need to stop binging.

I have been dealing with this off and on my whole life. I can not tell you the answer to completely making it stop, but what I can tell you is that being angry or mean with yourself when you make a mistake will not help. If anything, it will make it worse because you will seek out food for comfort. I hope you can talk to someone close and confide your worries. Most of all, don't hate yourself for the mistakes you make.
