Toned & Terrific!

I'm addicted to health & fitness!!  It would be my drug of choice!!

I try to get in a 1 to 2 hour workout 6 days a week, alternating between strength training such as using free weights or my 3 station gym, yoga, pilates, lunges etc & cardio training such as aerobics, running, bike, swimming, etc.

On my rest day I like to get in a massage ~ *bliss*

I became a fitness fanatic after I had my kids.  Firstly to just get back in shape but then because it makes me feel good & I actually function better at work as well!
