Growing up with an Italian mother , cooking was something that I was bound to pick up. My friends were very exited when I learned how to make my Mom's spaghetti sauce. It's a very traditional sauce that there is no recipe for. It would be nearly impossible to write it down, it's not the ingredients that are important, they can switch often, but it's the method, and the seasonings that are the most important part. I most of the time make a big batch every month and freeze what's left after the first dinner. Usually I should be able to get about 3 to 4 meals per batch, but it seems like it evaporates lol somehow there's always a bunch of saucy spoons laying around though lol That's not all I can make, I'm a pretty inventive cook too. I love doing it for people that appreciate it.
